Friends, I want to share with you a wonderful recipe for making green pasta, which, thanks to its bright and healthy ingredients, will charge you with energy, positivity and of course vitamins!

  1. We prepare our ingredients: peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut into thin slices, rinse the basil leaves and green onions, put in water to boil broccoli and green peas.
  2. Boil the shrimp: put the shrimp in a saucepan, fill it with cold water, add a pinch of salt, a few bay leaves, bring the water with shrimp to a boil, boil for another half a minute and remove our saucepan from the stove. We put the shrimps in a colander, let them cool thoroughly, then clean them of the shell. Sprinkle the finished shrimp with lime juice.
  3. Boil broccoli and peas for pasta: put frozen broccoli inflorescences into boiling water for 1.5-2 minutes, then immediately remove them and discard them in a colander. Broccoli should be bright and crispy, the main thing is not to overcook or spoil this wonderful product! We do the same with green peas.
  4. Prepare the sauce for the pasta: for this, put in a blender one avocado peeled and cut into small pieces, natural yogurt, basil leaves, green onions, 5 tablespoons of olive oil, juice of half a lime, a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper. Using a blender, grind all the ingredients until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained. The sauce should have a pleasant green hue, this sauce is perfect for our green pasta, both in taste and in color!
  5. We boil our spinach pasta made from durum wheat - we throw the twisted pasta nests into boiling lightly salted water for 6 minutes. Put the boiled pasta in a colander and sprinkle with olive oil.
  6. Sprinkle our boiled pasta with green peas, add shrimp, avocado slices, broccoli, season with our prepared avocado sauce, sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Our emerald paste is ready! We call those close to the table and enjoy the taste of such a wonderful dish!
