In the classical sense, this is not quite a pizza, since it is not cooked on dough, but on a baguette. But in its preparation, all technological nuances are observed. This pizza with ham and mushrooms on a French baguette can be served with baked potato wedges and pickled cucumbers as a side dish.

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms. Fry the onion in butter until transparent. Add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, until the mixture turns into a paste, cool.
  3. Line a baking sheet with baking paper, put the pieces of baguette in it, cut up. Top with 2 tablespoons of bread. ketchup, then distribute the mushroom pate on all pieces.
