They say that the owner of a small hotel once decided to bake some cookies, but the woman did not have the cocoa that was part of the dough. Then it occurred to her to replace this product with chopped chocolate: as planned by the lady, it was supposed to combine with the rest of the ingredients of the dough and dissolve in it. However, it turned out differently - to everyone's pleasure. Therefore, we often cook American cookies with chocolate according to this recipe and are happy to share it with you!
