  3. Boil the rice until tender in a little salted water.
  4. Place in a bowl and season with saffron. Mix thoroughly until all the boiled cereals acquire a bright sunny shade.
  5. Using a teaspoon, place the rice in the palm of your hand and flatten it into a cake. Define a mozzarella ball in the center. Next, the rice edges must be pulled up to each other and rolled into a ball.
  6. After that, the workpiece is abundantly rolled in breadcrumbs diluted with grated walnuts.
  7. We carry out the manipulation of wrapping the rice arancini until the boiled cereals and mozzarella are finished.
  8. Sicilian rice balls are cooked in a deep fryer on a special grid stand. We offer a homemade version of deep frying - a saucepan or stewpan with a sieve. We heat a small saucepan with oil and dip the rice ball directly into the sieve on the bottom of our homemade deep fryer.
