Author's recipe for oatmeal cookies

Unusual, but very tasty dessert with berries and white chocolate.

Ingredients

• 100 g of oatmeal;
• 350 g of premium flour;
• 120 g of cane sugar;
• 110 g of soft butter;
• 2 eggs;
• 50 g of cherries (fresh, frozen, or dried);
• 50 g of cranberries;
• 50 ml of milk;
• half bars of white chocolate;
• 5 g of cinnamon powder;
• 5 g of sea salt;
• 4 g of baking powder.

Directions

1. Chocolate is broken into small pieces, and combined with cranberries and cherries.
2. Separately mix flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon powder.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg and butter with the cane sugar, gradually pouring in the milk.
4. Combine all ingredients. Finally, add oatmeal.
5. Spread the dough on a baking tray with parchment with a spoon. The cookies are baked at 190 ° C for 15 minutes.
