These brownies with avocado, apple and dates are very tender and literally melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour hot water over the dates and leave for about 20 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients (except chocolate).
  3. Blend wet ingredients in a blender. Drain water from dates before adding.
  4. If you have a powerful blender or food processor,
  5. you can immediately beat all the wet ingredients until smooth. My blender is small, old and not very powerful, so I beat after each addition of food so that everything was finely chopped and the dough turned out to be homogeneous.
  6. Add a mixture of dry ingredients to the resulting mass.
  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. At the end, add chocolate pieces. Mix them into the dough by hand.
  9. Pour the finished dough for brownie with avocado, apple and dates into the multicooker bowl, pre-greased with oil.
  10. Spread the dough in an even layer.
  11. Close the lid of the multicooker and turn it on in the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes.
  12. After the end of the multicooker mode, let the brownies cool (I left the brownies in the multicooker).
  13. Remove the cooled avocado brownie from the multicooker bowl (upside down) and cut into small pieces. Brownies can be covered with chocolate cream if desired.
  14. Enjoy your meal!
