Avocado stuffed with crab salad is a great appetizer for a festive table. And a spoonful of red caviar is like a cherry on a cake: an ideal decoration and a tasty addition for a "boat" with crab salad.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Cut the basil leaves into strips (leave 4 leaves for decoration).
  2. Peel the chili and slice thinly. Divide the crab meat into fibers. Dry the bread crumbs in a dry frying pan until golden brown.
  3. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit. Spoon out the pulp (save the skins). Place the pulp in a bowl, mash and drizzle with lemon juice.
  4. Mix the avocado with all the other ingredients. Try and add salt if necessary.
  5. Fill the avocado halves with the mixture, put on a dish, garnish with caviar and basil leaves. Refrigerate before serving.
