The roll is extremely fragrant, and the coffee biscuit recipe is very successful. The smell of coffee in the kitchen after baking will last for a long time)))

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's start with the main thing - with a biscuit.
  2. Sift flour with baking powder. If the coffee is NOT granulated, pour into the flour. If granules, dilute in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of hot water and pour into the yolks (I had granular).
  3. Separate the yolks from the whites.
  4. Beat the yolks with 2/3 of the sugar until white.
  5. Pour in coffee.
  6. Okay, but mix gently.
  7. Sprinkle flour in parts. Mix gently with a spatula.
  8. Whisk the egg whites with the remaining sugar until stiff peaks form.
  9. Gradually fold into egg-flour mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  10. Turn on the oven, heat up to 190 degrees.
  11. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Lay out the dough, evenly distribute (I have a baking sheet 42x33 cm. The biscuit turned out to be 40x30 cm).
  12. Bake a biscuit for a coffee roll in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 12 minutes. Until ready.
  13. Spread a clean towel, put a hot (!) Biscuit on it along with parchment. Roll up. Cool down completely.
  14. Unroll the cooled roll. Remove parchment. Lay out on a clean sheet of parchment.
  15. Whip chilled cream with sugar. Pour in the chilled liqueur in a thin stream, whisking continuously.
  16. Unfold the biscuit. Distribute the cream in such a way that there is more cream from the end from which you start folding. The cream will squeeze out a little when rolling.
  17. Roll up and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  18. Remove the roll from the refrigerator, cut off the edges.
  19. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Transfer to something. :) (In nature, there are special decorators for chocolate, icing, etc.) I transfer it to a regular bag, cut off a corner and that's it. Decorate the roll with chocolate.
  20. The coffee roll is ready.
  21. You can serve coffee roll to the table. Enjoy your meal!!!
