Baked flounder

Delicate flounder baked in the oven.

  1. Wash and dry the flounder.
  2. We cut the flounder and rub with spices
  3. Cut off the head, fins, clean from the entrails. wash and dry. Make diagonal cuts, rub with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle the flounder with lemon and bake in the oven
  5. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, bake for 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and cook at the same temperature for about 25 minutes.
  6. Rub the dill with butter to serve with the flounder
  7. Grind softened butter with finely chopped dill.
  8. Ready baked flounder
  9. Rub the baked flounder with a mixture of butter and dill. Bon Appetit!
