Beer snack, lick your fingers! Try it! Oven langoustines are a great snack, they can be served on their own or with a sauce. Langoustines prepared in this way are served with beer or other alcoholic beverages. The lemon juice in the recipe is best used freshly squeezed; olive oil should not be substituted for another.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. First, prepare the sauce by squeezing lemon juice into a deep container, pouring olive oil and soy sauce. Wash the cilantro, dry it, chop it with a knife. Peel the garlic, pass it through a press, add to the rest of the ingredients along with cilantro, salt and pepper to taste, mix.
  2. 2. String the langoustines on wooden skewers, put on a dish, grease with prepared sauce, leave for 30 minutes, as the sauce dries, they need to generously grease the seafood again.
  3. 3. Put the langoustines on a baking sheet pre-lined with foil, grease with sauce again, send to the oven preheated to 220 degrees and cook for 5 minutes under the grill, then turn over to the other side, grease it with sauce, continue to bake for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve hot, you can add your favorite sauce, but this is optional.
