Baked meat with potatoes and mushrooms in foil

A complete lunch dish with a summer flavor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grease a form with vegetable oil, put meat on the bottom, cut into pieces and sprinkle with salt and spices.
  2. Chop the onions, fry until golden brown, add canned mushrooms, heat everything together.
  3. Put the frying on the meat, on top - half rings of potatoes, sprinkle with a mixture of salt and spices.
  4. Stir separately the diced bell peppers, grated carrots, chili peppers, mayonnaise and crushed garlic.
  5. Pour the resulting mixture onto potatoes, sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Cover the dish with foil, bake for an hour at 200 degrees.
  6. Remove the foil and fry for another 15 minutes.
