Juicy, tender and easy to prepare baked meat! A great option for weekdays and holidays. If you do everything according to the proposed recipe, then the meat will melt in your mouth!

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the meat for the sauce.
  2. Rub the sauce on all sides, cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or more. Sprinkle the sauce periodically if possible, or simply turn it over.
  3. When the meat is ready for baking, cover the form with foil and additionally place a sheet of parchment on the foil. This will make the meat even more juicy and tender.
  4. Lay out the meat. If you wish, add a little salt.
  5. Carefully wrap with foil on all sides and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours.
  6. Delicious meat is ready!
