If you have large potatoes at home, I highly recommend cooking something as simple but delicious as baked potatoes. And the sauce for it can be anything you want.

Ingredients

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Wash and dry the potatoes well. Then prick with a fork over the entire surface.
  2. Grease the potatoes with vegetable oil and rub with salt (thanks to this trick, the potatoes will have a crispy crust).
  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet or wire shelf and place in a preheated oven. Bake potatoes for 1 to 1.5 hours, until soft (time depends on the type and size of potatoes).
  4. Remove the baked potatoes from the oven and let them rest at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
  5. Then make a cruciform cut in each potato, but not completely. Put butter (or sour cream) inside the potatoes and sprinkle the baked potatoes with chopped green onions (or parsley). Serve hot potatoes immediately.
