Baked potato with cheese wrapped in bacon

A simple recipe for potatoes with cheese wrapped in bacon is a great hot appetizer option!

Ingredients

• Potatoes - 3 pcs.
• Hard cheese - 100 g
• Bacon - 3 strips
• Salt to taste
• Ground black pepper - to taste
• Ground dried garlic - 0.5 tsp
• Seasoning for vegetables - 0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Prepare all the ingredients before you cook the bacon-wrapped baked potato with cheese.
2. Peel and boil the potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let cool slightly.
3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise.
4. Cut the cheese into small slices and put 3-4 slices on one half of the potato (or put one large slab of cheese).
5. Sprinkle with vegetable seasoning.
6. Sprinkle with dried garlic as well.
7. Cover half of the potato and cheese with the other half.
8. Wrap each potato and cheese tuber in bacon.
9. Place the bacon-wrapped potatoes in a baking dish and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the potatoes in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
