If you like hearty and simple dishes, I suggest cooking potatoes with meat and wild garlic. Pork and potatoes are pre-fried, then baked together with wild garlic in a creamy egg mixture. Ruddy and aromatic potatoes, tender pork soaked in cream and the characteristic taste of wild garlic - I am sure everyone will like it.

  1. Rinse the pork and pat dry with kitchen paper towels. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the potatoes, rinse, cut into medium pieces.
  3. Heat the frying pan, pour in oil, put the pieces of pork. Fry the meat, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes over high heat.
  4. Add potatoes to the pan, continue cooking over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring so that nothing burns.
  5. After a while, remove the pan from the heat.
  6. Turn on the oven in parallel and set the temperature to 180 degrees.
  7. Combine eggs and cream in a bowl.
  8. Shake eggs and cream until smooth.
  9. Rinse ramson, dry, chop finely.
  10. Put fried potatoes with meat, wild garlic into a baking dish. Add salt, ground pepper and paprika.
  11. Mix all ingredients well.
  12. Pour the contents of the form with the creamy egg mixture.
  13. Send the form with potatoes and meat to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. After a while, remove the sample, if necessary, bake for another 5-10 minutes.
  14. Serve ready-made potatoes, baked with meat, wild garlic and butter-egg filling. You can serve barrel tomatoes and cucumbers with such potatoes.
