Prepare rabbit meat. Rub lightly with salt and pepper mixture. Peel the garlic, chop finely. Put the soy sauce in a bowl, add the chopped garlic. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Grease a refractory baking dish with vegetable oil, line the bottom with tomato halves. Put the rabbit slices on top of the tomatoes. Drizzle with soy sauce with garlic, olive oil, sprinkle with a pinch of rosemary, barberry.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll up bundles from each and braid a pigtail from the dough. Line the braided pigtail with a rim around the edge of the baking dish. Let stand for 15 minutes. Brush the surface of the dough with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 1 hour. After 30 minutes from the start of baking, grease the surface of the meat with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.
