Perfect balanced tasty dietary PP dish! If you follow the right diet or diet, then baked shrimp with cheese is perfect for a snack or light dinner. Vitamin dish, tasty and very healthy!

  1. How to bake shrimp with cheese? Prepare all the food you need. Remove shrimp from freezer and leave at room temperature until completely thawed. When I need to defrost the shrimp quickly, I fill them with cool water, after 20-30 minutes I drain the water, and dry the clams with paper towels.
  2. Peel the onion and garlic. Trim the tails of the beans. If using mature pods, remove the tendrils on the sides. Rinse the lemon, onion and garlic. Chop the brine cheese with your hands or with a knife into small pieces.
  3. Peel the shrimps, remove the heads and tails. Remove the vein from the back of each clam. Dry the shrimp meat with napkins.
  4. Send the shrimp to a deep plate or other container. Add olive or any odorless vegetable oil, squeeze half a lemon, salt and pepper. Chop the garlic with a knife or pass through a press, send to a plate. Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 5-10 minutes.
  5. At this time, pour boiling water over the bean pods and leave in this way for a couple of minutes. If the beans are not very young, then put them in boiling water and boil for one or two minutes, then they will be softer in the finished dish.
  6. Place the green beans in an even layer on the bottom of the baking dish.
  7. Place the marinated shrimp on top, as well as the onion, pre-cut with not very thin feathers. For a more appetizing look of the finished dish, I used red onions, but you can use regular onions. Spread the marinade left over from the shrimp on top of the food.
  8. Place the dish in a preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes at 180-200 degrees in top-bottom mode. The baking time may increase slightly, focus on the shrimps, they should turn red and curl into rings. Remove shrimp from oven and sprinkle with cheese immediately. While the dish is hot, the cheese will melt slightly, which will give a special zest to the shrimp with vegetables. Spread the olives over the cheese and shrimp. Sprinkle herbs over the dish.
  9. If desired, sprinkle with lemon juice and pepper lightly before serving. Ready!
  10. Young asparagus can be used instead of green beans. It is ideally combined with all the ingredients in the recipe, and it also contains a lot of vitamins.
