In winter, when I come home from the cold, I want to eat something hot. This soup cooks pretty quickly.

  1. We get everything we need for this dish. Cut the breast into cubes of about 1 cm. Clean the potatoes. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Cook the breast. Boil potatoes in parallel.
  3. Add the processed cheese and bring to a simmer again to dissolve the cheese.
  4. Press the boiled potatoes with a fork until puree, add to the pan.
  5. Next, lay the mushrooms and onions. Cook for about 5 minutes, add nutmeg, salt. Another 5 minutes and the dish is ready.
  6. When serving, season with freshly ground black pepper. Let's take croutons instead of bread.
