Bean salad with tuna, olives and capers

Capers, cucumbers and olives add freshness to the salad. In bright lemon "bowls" the salad will turn out to be very bright and festive.

  1. Cut off the cap from the lemons and cut the lemon in a circle with a knife (between the pulp and peel). We clean out all the pulp, it is more convenient to do this with a spoon.
  2. Finely chop all the necessary ingredients for the salad
  3. When all the lemon "bowls" are ready, we make the salad: finely chop the capers, cucumbers and olives.
  4. Mix prepared ingredients with beans, tuna and mayonnaise
  5. Beans, soaked overnight and boiled until tender, lightly knead with a fork and combine with pieces of tuna, the rest of the ingredients and season with mayonnaise.
  6. Arrange the salad in prepared lemon peels, garnish with capers, herbs and olives
  7. We put the salad in prepared "salad bowls" and decorate with capers, herbs and olives.
