I took 7 entrecotes, poured them into a stewpan to marinate in wine and put the stewpan on a small fire on the stove (I have an electric one for 2), but before that I warmed up the stove well. As it began to boil, after 5 minutes. there was practically nothing left of the wine, the meat took all the wine for itself, I had to top up the wine, at the same time I threw in the onion and the meat languished until cooked, only at the end I salted it, I will add a little basil, cilantro, hot pepper (1 pc.) and garlic (2 clove) ... in five minutes. In principle, I liked the color and taste of the meat completely different. And while cooking, there was a wine aroma in the kitchen !!! As a result, it took half a bottle of wine to prepare.
