If you have a steak, be sure to cook it according to this recipe, with fragrant butter, because it makes the meat literally melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. We take the meat out of the package and let it "breathe" for an hour without a refrigerator. We also take out the butter from the refrigerator, it should become absolutely soft.
  2. Then pour the steaks with olive oil, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. By the way, today, from my own experience, I decided to salt the meat again after cooking. No, not mine. So, if you are with me, then we also salt. Leave to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature
  3. For now, let's make the aromatic oil. We take our "thawed" butter and put it in a bowl. Let's marinate the onion. Cut it very finely.
  4. Pour hot water and vinegar into a bowl, add sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt. Let's mix. Let's send the bow there. We wash thyme ... and cut its leaves in oil. Strain the onion through a sieve and put it in oil. Add a pinch of salt and mix with a spatula until smooth. We cool it down.
  5. After the marinating time, heat up the grill pan and add our steaks. Fry for 2 minutes on each side, then turn the meat 90 degrees in the same plane (do not turn it over) to make a "grill" pattern on the meat.
  6. When we turn the steaks, put a piece of butter on each (I cut the pieces in half). We also fry - 2 minutes, turn, 2 minutes. Then put the butter side down on a plate, and freshly fried up and again put a circle of butter on each steak. Cover and steak for 10 minutes. "relax".
