Beef with beets turns out to be tasty, tender and soft, aromatic thanks to spices. It is not difficult to cook it, and not for a long time. Cooking in a multicooker is more beneficial because you can practically not use fats in it, although frying in a multicooker is also possible

  1. Cut the beef into cubes with a side of 2.5 cm. Peel the onion. wash and cut into small pieces.
  2. Pour oil or fat into the bowl, select the "BAKING" mode in the multicooker. Fry onion and meat in fat. Stir and wait until the liquid evaporates and the meat is fried
  3. Grind the juniper berries and allspice in a mortar. We clean the beets, cut them into quarters or, if large, plast them. Add wine, vinegar, crushed berries and peppers, sugar, beets to the fried meat, salt. We close the lid of the multicooker, select the "Stew" mode, the time is 2 hours.
  4. We mix sour cream, flour, mustard and horseradish. Mix with ready-made meat, select the "Steam cooking" mode, time 10 minutes. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the liquid thickens.
