  2. Stir the eggs with sugar, salt and kefir diluted with water. Add flour, vegetable oil and baking powder. Pour the beetroot puree into the dough. Stir well and leave for 15-20 minutes. We bake pancakes in a pan in the usual way.
  3. Let's prepare the filling. Wash green onions, shake off moisture and chop. Cook the eggs hard. We will clean and mill the lightly salted herring. We'll cut everything into smaller pieces.
  4. Grease each pancake with cream cheese. Distribute the filling on half of the pancake and roll it up. Chill in refrigerator before serving.
