Smoothies and non-alcoholic cocktails are a pleasure to make in the summer. Fresh berries and fruits are so juicy, aromatic and beautiful that you do not prepare drinks, but create and conjure. If you're short on time on weekdays, stock up on berry ice cubes on weekends and use them to make drinks for breakfast before work.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Beat raspberries with a blender in mashed potatoes. Rub through a sieve. Divide the prepared mass into ice cube trays and freeze.
  2. For smoothies, place the required number of cubes in the blender bowl
  3. Add peeled bananas, honey (optional), milk, or yogurt. Whisk until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
