This pizza is made from mashed potatoes, fillets of anchovies and capers. An original idea for any table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in the peel until soft. Throw the finished potatoes in a colander, allow to cool. When the potatoes have cooled, peel and chop in a kitchen processor. Add 3 tablespoons olive oil, salt and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chopped tomatoes, cook, stirring occasionally, about 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. Grease a round ovenproof dish with vegetable oil. Put half of the potatoes in a greased form in one layer. Top with chopped tomatoes, with anchovies and capers on top.
  4. Place the remaining potatoes on top of the vegetables and smooth the surface well. Drizzle with the remaining oil and place in the oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
