A delicious and delicate cake, during the preparation of which you do not need to roll out the dough for the cakes, brew the cream, and you do not even need an oven. The only thing that is required for such a cake is the time to solidify in the refrigerator. Try to make a cake without baking, with cookies, sour cream and condensed milk, and enjoy a delicate creamy taste, complemented by a fragrant chocolate note!

  1. We prepare the necessary products.
  2. Butter should be softened, so first we take it out of the refrigerator.
  3. Grind cookies in a blender until fine crumbs.
  4. Add butter to crushed biscuits.
  5. Mix the cookies well with the butter.
  6. We cover the form (mine is 20 cm in diameter) with cling film and tightly lay the mixture of cookies and butter, forming sides about 3 cm high. Put the form with cookies in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  7. Gelatin pour 150 ml of cold water and leave for 15 minutes.
  8. Then heat the gelatin in a water bath until dissolved.
  9. We combine sour cream with condensed milk.
  10. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  11. In a thin stream, stirring constantly, pour in the melted gelatin.
  12. Beat again with a mixer until smooth. Put the mixture in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  13. Remove the slightly thickened mixture from the freezer and beat with a mixer for about 2-3 minutes.
  14. Pour the resulting cream into a sand base and put in the refrigerator until completely solidified, for 2-3 hours.
  15. We take out the cake from cookies with sour cream mousse from the refrigerator, carefully remove it from the mold with the help of a film and put it on a plate.
  16. We rub the chocolate on a coarse grater. Some of the chocolate can be cut into small cubes. Decorate the surface of the cake with chocolate. The film is carefully removed or cut off.
  17. Cake without baking, with cookies, sour cream and condensed milk, ready.
  18. Enjoy your meal!
