I bring to your attention a recipe for delicious and healthy pastries. This is a biscuit made from two types of flour - rye and whole grain. Sugar is present only in the filling, it is put to taste, I indicated the approximate amount.

  1. In a bowl, combine both types of flour, baking powder, salt, mix.
  2. Combine boiling water and vegetable oil, mix.
  3. Gradually add the oil mixture to the dry flour mixture and stir. First stir with a spoon, then with your hands.
  4. Roll the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Grind the walnut kernels into large crumbs. I usually put nuts in a tight plastic bag and roll them with a rolling pin.
  6. Wash and dry the apples. Remove the seed pod. Cut the apples into slices.
  7. Place the apple slices in a bowl and pour over the lemon juice.
  8. Remove the dough from the refrigerator. Place on baking paper and roll into a 0.5 cm thick circle. Transfer the dough circle to a baking sheet with the paper.
  9. Put the nuts on the dough, not reaching the edges 4–5 cm.
  10. Put apple slices in beautiful rows on the nuts. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  11. Bend the free edges of the dough onto the cake, gently squeezing. Place the baking sheet with the pie in the oven at 180 ° C for 30–35 minutes.
  12. Remove the cooked biscuit from the oven and let cool slightly.
  13. Transfer the biscuit to a dish and serve with tea or coffee.
  14. Cut the biscuit into portions. Enjoy your meal!
