Biscuit with Apples and Plums

Loose biscuit with aromatic apples and sweet plums. Ideal company for a mug of tea or coffee.

  1. Grate cold butter on a coarse grater. Add salt, yolk, cold water and oil to the flour. Knead the dough quickly. Roll out into a circle approximately 2 mm thick.
  2. Cut apples and plums into slices.
  3. Sprinkle the dough with starch. Put pieces of fruit, sprinkle with sugar. Bend the side of the dough up; if desired, the biscuit can be decorated with leaves or flowers from the dough.
  4. Bake at 170 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
