Black rice noodles with shrimps and vegetables

Rice black noodles, shrimps, vegetables and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the vegetables into long strips, cut the mini-mushrooms in half, chop the galangal (you can use ginger) and chop the garlic with a knife.
  2. Fry vegetables over maximum heat in a mixture of vegetable and sesame oils for a minute.
  3. Add shrimp, fry for a minute.
  4. Add boiled noodles, oyster sauce (can be replaced with soy sauce), freshly chopped cilantro - and our dish is ready.
  5. Bon Appetit!
