This pizza with seafood can be prepared "for a feast and for the world" - for a regular lunch, and a festive table, for dinner or for meeting with friends.

  1. Prepare the dough: warm water to room temperature, add salt, sugar and dry yeast. Stir and sift flour. Knead the dough, cover with a towel and rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the dough into a round flat cake 5 mm thick. Grease a baking sheet or a special form for pizza with vegetable oil and lay out the cake. Lightly grease the dough with béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated mozzarella, put seafood on top, sprinkle with grated gouda.
  3. Bake in the oven at about 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the dough is fully cooked.
  4. Decorate the finished pizza with olives, sprinkle with garlic oil and lemon.
