No-Bake Cakes are delicious and easy-to-make desserts. Dry cookies, marshmallows, gingerbread are usually used as the basis for such cakes. In this case, we take an ordinary white loaf, cut into cubes and lay out in a slide, layering with pieces of canned pineapple, which give pleasant sweet and sour notes, and with delicate sour cream! An interesting lazy variant of the famous "Pancho" cake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all necessary products.
  2. Remove canned pineapple from syrup.
  3. Cut the white banana into slices. Cut off the crusts from the slices. Cut the crumb into cubes.
  4. The preferred size of the cubes is approximately 1.5x1.5 cm.
  5. Pour powdered sugar into sour cream and mix.
  6. Cut pineapple rings into cubes.
  7. Cover a salad bowl or suitable dish with cling film. The edges of the film must remain free.
  8. Put a little cream on the bottom of the salad bowl (1.5 tablespoons).
  9. Lay out a layer of bread cubes.
  10. Spread a layer of cream on the bread.
  11. Lay out a layer of chopped pineapples.

  16. The final layer should be from a loaf.
  17. Spread the remaining sour cream over the bread cubes.
  18. Close the cake with the free edges of cling film and slightly compact with your hands. Put the cake in the refrigerator for soaking for several hours, and preferably at night.
  19. In the morning, open the film, cover the cake with a flat plate and turn over.
  20. Remove the film from the cake, apply sour cream (2 tablespoons) and evenly cover the top and sides of the cake with it.
  21. To prepare the frosting, place the chocolate in a small plastic bag.
  22. Place the bag in hot water to melt the chocolate.
  23. Then cut off a small corner of the bag and spread melted chocolate over the cake.
  24. The most delicate sweet bread cake, with sour cream and pineapples, is ready. Slice it, garnish with mint leaves if desired, and serve. Quick, easy and very tasty!
