Delicate broccoli soup with fried shrimps with almonds and garlic and soft cheese.

  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces together with the stalk, put in a saucepan, pour the broth so that it covers it. Bring to a boil, cook until soft.
  2. Boil shrimps, peel. Chop the almonds with a knife. Heat oil in a frying pan, add shrimps and chopped almonds. Crush a clove of garlic. Spice up. Stir, fry until golden brown. Remove from heat.
  3. When the broccoli is cooked, puree the soup with a blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour soup into bowls, put a few slices of cheese and a handful of shrimps. Enjoy your meal!
