Buckwheat and potato cutlets

Cutlets are very quick to cook, the recipe of which can be safely noted by those people who observe the fast.

  1. Soak buckwheat for 5-6 hours, or boil it for 10 minutes, timing the time from the moment the water boils.
  2. Peel the potatoes, wash, grate on a fine grater, squeeze it well and add to the buckwheat.
  3. Add salt and ground pepper to the mass.
  4. Add 2-3 tbsp. l. flour.
  5. Mix everything well. Form patties with wet hands.
  6. Dip the cutlets in the remaining flour and place them in a skillet with vegetable oil.
  7. Fry cutlets over low heat until beautifully golden brown.
  8. Place the patties on a platter and serve.
  9. These are such delicious buckwheat and potato cutlets!
