  3. Mix water, sugar, salt and dry yeast well and add the ready-made dough. She mixed everything thoroughly. I added flour with dye and milk powder. Knead the dough until smooth. I added some butter at room temperature.
  4. Kneaded the dough and left it at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours.
  5. The dough was divided into equal parts (about 110 g each) and formed round buns. I covered them with a towel and left them to rise for 1.5-2 hours. The buns should double in size. I smeared them with chicken yolk and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Baked at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes. I baked the buns in advance.
  6. For the cutlets, I used homemade minced turkey meat, added salt and black pepper to taste. She formed cutlets and fried them on each side for 3-4 minutes.
  7. I fried the bacon pieces.
  8. For the sauce, I took homemade mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, mustard with grains and a little smoked adjika (she added a piquancy and a smoky flavor to the sauce). I cut the onion into half rings, cut a cucumber and a tomato. I sliced ​​the iceberg salad and mixed it with the sauce.
  9. I cut the finished buns into two parts and dried the cut of the bun in a pan. I smeared them with sauce.
  10. Collected burgers (you can add what you like to them, show your imagination).
  11. The burgers turned out to be very juicy, tasty and satisfying. Enjoy your meal!
