  2. At the very beginning, you need to prepare the mussels for use. For this, both fresh and frozen products are suitable for you. But they need to be thoroughly rinsed so that no sand gets caught, otherwise it can ruin the whole appetite. We take a large and deep frying pan, so that the bottom of it is not thin. Heat the olive oil over high heat, throw in the garlic, very finely chopped or crushed in a mortar. Stack mussels, both peeled and in shells. We use the latter only for beauty.
