Another dessert, from which you can’t drag both children and adults by the ears, is chocolate tiramisu. Try to make a cake "Tiramisu", pamper your loved ones.

  1. Break dark chocolate into slices and melt in a water bath or in a microwave oven at low power.
  2. Add two yolks to the melted chocolate, carefully separating them from the whites. Place egg whites in a bowl for whisking.
  3. The egg-chocolate mass will become a little thicker, the yolks will be brewed in hot chocolate. Immediately add the mascarpone and stir until smooth with a whisk.
  4. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt, add sugar if desired.
  5. Cream for tiramisu cake should turn out to be moderately thick and airy, it does not drain from a spoon, but falls.
  6. Lubricate the bottom of a clean, dry container with cream. Dissolve coffee in 80 ml of hot water, cool.
  7. Dip the savoiardi biscuits in coffee with one side and put them in a container or bowl with the wet side up, the biscuits gradually soak evenly.
  8. Spread half of the cream on top. Make another layer of biscuits dipped in coffee.
  9. Cover the surface with the rest of the cream.
  10. Put the Tiramisu cake in the refrigerator to cool and soak for 5-6 hours, and preferably overnight.
  11. Take the chocolate tiramisu out of the fridge and sprinkle cocoa on top.
  12. Slice the chocolate tiramisu cake in a container and carefully arrange in portions on plates.
  13. A dessert worth trying - chocolate tiramisu - is ready!
