For special occasions! Simple, fast and delicious! The hostess is resting! Yesterday my parents came to visit me and my husband, and they are terrible lovers of various seafood. In addition to traditional family dinners, I wanted to cook something like that. This very dish was a canapé appetizer with shrimp, a recipe for which I accidentally found in one of the magazines. So how do you prepare this appetizer? I'm telling you.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First, peel the shrimp, leaving the tails. Now we remove the insides. Gently mix the broken raw chicken egg with the starch, pepper and salt. Now we immerse the shrimps in the same container and mix well so that the seafood is completely covered with this mass.
  2. Now cut the crust off the bread slices and cut them in half.
  3. Place 1 shrimp on each half, gently pressing it into the crumb of the bread.
  4. Now we cut the steep yolk into small cubes, place them near the shrimp tails. Put a small sprig of shrimp and an olive near the shrimp.
  5. After that, heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and carefully place 3-4 shrimp tartlets in it at a time. We wait until the bread is covered with a golden crust, and the shrimps are cooked and take them out of the butter. Let the oil drain, put it on a dish and stick in a skewer.
  6. When all the canapes are ready, we serve the dish to the table!
