  3. Form small balls. Heat the vegetable oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes each, until golden brown.

  5. For the sauce, mix yogurt with dill and lemon juice and season with salt to taste. Place a small amount on each lettuce leaf. Top with tuna cutlets.
