Cannelloni with Fish, Mushrooms and Adyghe Cheese

A very tasty and satisfying dish, such a delicate fish with hints of lemon goes well with mushrooms and Adyghe cheese.

Ingredients

  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the finely chopped mushrooms and green onions.
  2. Pass the pangasius fillet through a meat grinder or grind with a blender. Add mushrooms, juice and zest, crumbled cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir in the egg.
  3. Fill the cannelloni and fold into a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle over the grated tomatoes. Cover with foil and bake at 200ºC for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
  5. When serving, sprinkle with cheese and dill. Enjoy your meal!
