Spaghetti casserole will delight lovers of hearty flaky dishes that do not require a side dish. You can cook such a casserole in less than an hour, and you can feed 6-7 hungry people. Simple and delicious!

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Add a little vegetable oil to a skillet over medium heat and add the minced meat. Add small diced onions to the minced meat.
  2. Add peeled and diced bell peppers to the minced meat and onions.
  3. Fry the minced meat with vegetables, stirring occasionally, until the peppers and onions are tender and the meat is done.
  4. Then add chopped canned tomatoes, tomato puree or paste, sugar, oregano and salt to the minced meat. Stir and remove from heat.
  5. Put the boiled spaghetti on a plate, cover with melted butter. Stir with a fork.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork or whisk. Add the egg mixture to the spaghetti and stir.
  7. Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place in the spaghetti, butter and beaten egg.
  8. Spread the curd evenly on the spaghetti.
  9. Put the minced meat on the curd.
  10. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the casserole.
  11. Bake the spaghetti casserole in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese melts and begins to bubble. Serve in portions. Enjoy your meal!
