For this dish, you can add vegetables that you want, minced meat from any meat and any kind of pasta, all this is just sprinkle with cheese, bake for a few minutes in the oven and you're done!

  1. Put the pepper and pumpkin in a large ovenproof dish. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and stir. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and garlic until transparent. Add meat and fry thoroughly until tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until al dente.
  4. Remove vegetables from oven, add tomato sauce, tomato paste and milk. Chop and mix with meat. Sprinkle with thyme, rosemary and paprika and season with salt and pepper. Add the pasta and stir, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, put the burrata cheese in the middle and add the tomatoes.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees until the cheese is melted. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil.
