  1. Mix sifted flour with baking powder to the dough and add slightly melted butter.
  2. Grind them to form a homogeneous structure - crumbs.
  3. Add cream and knead the dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 1.5 hours.
  4. Cut boiled chicken into small pieces, chop the onion.
  5. Disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences and cook in salted water for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Heat a frying pan and add the sunflower oil. Fry the onions until golden.
  7. Add chicken fillet and fry for up to 7 minutes, stirring. Then add the broccoli.
  8. To prepare the filling, beat the eggs with cream and spices until smooth with a kitchen whisk.
  9. Add hard cheese and mix.
  10. Roll out the dough, but not too thin.
  11. Grease a baking dish with oil and spread the dough, making the sides.
  12. Pour the broccoli and chicken filling and pour in the egg mixture.
  13. Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
