Casserole with cabbage and rice

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Make a filling: mix sour cream, tomato sauce, water, salt, spices.
  2. Cut the cabbage and put in a mold.
  3. Pour a layer of raw rice over the cabbage.
  4. Pour in half the sauce.
  5. Put the minced meat on top and pour the remaining half of the sauce over it evenly.
  6. Put in the oven at 200-220 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
