Cauliflower is more commonly used as a base for cream soup than its white cousin. The ingredients for this soup can be brewed, but most often it comes with potatoes, carrots, cream, and olive oil.

  1. Peel onions, potatoes, garlic and chop randomly.
  2. Put all the chopped ingredients in a saucepan, fry in mawla, at the end add cabbage divided into inflorescences.
  3. Pour cream and water over the contents of a saucepan and cook until tender.
  4. Grind everything with a blender until smooth, then salt and pepper.
  5. Boil cod fillet or fry in a pan until tender
  6. Place the fillets on a plate, pour over the soup, then add the truffle oil. Garnish with sprouts and mini spinach.
