Celery root salad with smoked halibut

Grilled salmon fillet is one of the easiest dishes to prepare as an Easter main course. As a side dish with salmon, you can serve a salad of fresh or grilled vegetables.

  1. Peel the celery root and cut into the thinnest longest strips. Pour boiling water over, let stand for 5 minutes, discard in a colander and dry.
  2. Cut peeled sweet peppers into long thin strips, mix with celery, salt a little, stir, season with mayonnaise.
  3. Cut the halibut fillet into small pieces, make sure there are no bones left, add to the salad, pepper, stir.
  4. Fry the sesame seeds in a dry skillet, shaking it for 1.5 minutes. Cool slightly, sprinkle over lettuce and serve on lettuce leaves.
