  1. Prepare the cherry charlotte dough. Beat eggs, add sugar, beat again.
  2. Add milk, sifted flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, mix until smooth. Line the charlotte mold with parchment, pour 1/2 of the dough, then put the cherries, on top - the remaining half of the dough.
  3. Bake charlotte in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  4. Allow the charlotte to cool, turn it onto a platter, sprinkle with powdered sugar, garnish with cherries.
