Charlotte with Pumpkin and Cookies

Very tender charlotte with pumpkin puree and butter cookies.

Ingredients

• butter - 1 tbsp. l.
• butter cookies - 100 g
• eggs - 5 pcs.
• apples - 2 pcs.
• pumpkin puree - 300 g
• flour - 1 tbsp.
• icing sugar - 1 tbsp.
• baking powder - 1 tsp.
• zest of 1 lemon
• pumpkin seeds for decoration

Directions

1. Grind the cookies, grease the form with butter, sprinkle with cookies.
2. Beat eggs with powder, continuing to beat, add sifted flour with baking powder. Stir in pumpkin puree. Cut the apples into small pieces, stir into the dough with the zest. Pour the dough into a mold.
3. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees. Decorate with cookie crumbs and seeds. Enjoy your meal!
