I love the multicooker oven. The result is great baked goods. I want to offer you a recipe for charlotte, instead of apples I took raspberries. Delicious!

Ingredients

  1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla in a mixer on high speed.
  2. Add kefir and butter. Then flour and soda. Whisk.
  3. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Spread half of the dough, then the raspberries, then the dough again on top.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes with the valve open (my multicooker is 1000W). When ready, let stand for 10 minutes, then carefully open the lid and remove the cake using the steam rack. Enjoy your meal!
