It seems that only the lazy did not write about potatoes and dishes made from it. I propose a recipe for a lifesaver for housewives - potatoes with cheese. An excellent side dish for a summer dinner, cooks quickly and will perfectly complement meat or fish dishes. It can also be served as a separate dish with sauce.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the green onion feathers and garlic cloves.
  2. Cut the brisket into cubes.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil until tender, mash to a puree consistency.
  4. Add egg, grated cheese, chopped onion, garlic, brisket, salt, coriander and black pepper to taste.
  5. Using an ice cream spoon, form balls, put them on the table, slightly press each ball with your palm to make a disc (pancake) no more than 4 cm high.
  6. Then roll in breadcrumbs on both sides.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put the resulting potatoes in hot oil, fry on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve hot with cream or sour cream, sprinkle with herbs and finely chopped paprika on top.
