Cheese cookies "Envelope"

Ingredients

• Flour - 2 cups
• Sour milk cheese - 250 g
• Sugar - to taste
• Soda - 0.5 tsp.
• Butter - 250 g

Directions

1. Take the butter out of the fridge and leave it on the table to soften it a bit. Combine butter with cheese, and beat with a mixer. Add baking soda and stir again. Add sifted flour to the mixture, and make the dough, kneading it well with your hands.
2. Make a ball out of the dough, cover it, and leave it in the fridge for a little over half an hour. Roll out the cold dough, the thickness of the layer should not exceed half a centimeter. Squeeze the circles with a glass.
3. Dip each cake in sugar on one side, and fold in half so that the sugar-free side is on the outside. Dip in sugar again and fold in half. The result is an envelope folded in the shape of a triangle. It should be re-soaked in sugar on one side.
4. Place the envelopes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 200-degree oven. The cookies will be ready in 15 minutes.
